Please read these terms carefully before using our transportation services. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Agreement

By using AAT Transport services, you agree to these terms and conditions
Services are provided on an 'as is' basis with no warranties
We reserve the right to modify services and pricing at any time
Bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability
All services are provided in accordance with local transportation laws

Booking & Cancellation

Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance for standard service
Cancellations made more than 2 hours in advance are free
Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee
No-show bookings will be charged the full fare
Emergency cancellations due to weather or safety concerns are free

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
We accept major credit cards, cash, and corporate accounts
Prices are subject to change without notice
Additional fees may apply for tolls, parking, and waiting time
Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

Liability & Insurance

AAT Transport carries comprehensive commercial insurance
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings
We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Damages to vehicles caused by passengers will be charged to the passenger

Prohibited Items & Behavior

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, the following are prohibited

Illegal substances or contraband

Weapons of any kind

Hazardous materials

Excessive alcohol consumption

Smoking in vehicles

Disruptive or threatening behavior

Note: Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of service and additional charges for cleaning or damages.

Additional Terms

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
